By using Hidden Mansion services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our courses, coaching, retreats, and other programs.

Service Descriptions

Educational Programs

Our courses and workshops are educational in nature and are not substitutes for individual therapy or medical treatment. Participants must be 18 years or older.

Professional Referrals

Hidden Mansion connects clients with licensed professionals but is not responsible for the quality or outcomes of those professional services.

Retreat Experiences

Retreats include accommodations, meals, and programming as specified. Cancellation policies vary by retreat and are provided upon registration.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration and assessment processes
• Attend scheduled sessions and participate fully in program activities
• Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants
• Communicate openly with instructors and coaches about needs and concerns
• Complete payment obligations according to agreed-upon terms

Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information and session content remain confidential according to our Privacy Policy. Participants agree not to share personal information about other participants without consent.

Limitation of Liability

Hidden Mansion provides educational and coaching services designed to support relationship wellness. We are not liable for individual relationship outcomes or decisions made by participants.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Courses

Full refund available if cancelled within 48 hours of registration. After course commencement, pro-rated refunds may be available at instructor discretion.

Coaching

Individual sessions may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Coaching packages are non-refundable after the first session.

Retreats

Specific cancellation policies apply to each retreat and are provided during registration.
